The tenth national conference on organizational culture will be held

According to Khatam University’s public relations and website department, the 10th national conference on organizational culture (with the approach of Future-Shaping and Co-Creation) will held by Iran Management Association and with cooperation of Khatam University in Tehran in February 2026.

 

Conference Purposes:

• Mentoring audiences to handle opportunities and promoting the commitment in future-shaping;
• Developing and disseminating in co-creation culture to promote the society’s cultural level;
• Providing innovative and technical experiences to handle opportunities for a sustainable future;

Individual Area:

• Dimensions and characteristics of co-creation in make shared values;
• Transforming resilience culture to indestructibility culture; Revolutionary strategies;
• Cultural facilitating for innovators and enriching individual knowledge of co-creation;
• Culture of exploring creativity and being initiative in cultural action in limitation and ambiguity;
• New media tools to promote compatibility, flexibility, and indestructibility of young generation.

 

Organizational Area:

• New initiatives in filling the inter and intra - organizational cultural gap;
• Navigation, transformation, and promotion of sustainable organizational production and consumption patterns;
• Creating psychological and cultural capacities for hard conditions and creating sustainable future-shaping;
• Leading of indestructibility in uncertainty, ambiguity, and environmental complexities;

• Facilitation models and development of collective learning;

At the same time as one of the programs of the scientific event, the tenth edition of the social responsibility award is also held, which the companies applying at the end of the program will receive their prizes at three levels of golden, crystalline and silver.
