9th National Conference on Organizational Culture

According to Khatam University’s public relations and website department, the "Ninth National Conference on Organizational Culture" (with the approach of dynamicity in sustainable collaborative culture) will be held by Iran Management Association and in cooperation with Khatam University in Tehran in February 2025.

Conference Purposes:

• Positioning organizational culture to realize the concept of sustainability;
• Identifying and managing factors affecting the dynamicity of sustainable organizational culture;
• Presenting successful models in the effectiveness of collaborative culture and the realization of sustainable development.

Conference Themes:

Individual Area:

• Developing the culture of interaction and collaboration;
• Culture and lifestyle development: Based on sustainable approaches;
• Conflict resolution skills in improving and promoting the collaborative culture;
• Mechanisms for strengthening trustability in the sustainable collaborative culture;
• Creativity and innovation in creating the innovative culture based on sustainability concepts.

Organizational Area:

• Cultural maturity mechanisms on the path to sustainability;
• The role of education in promoting sustainable organizational culture and employee participation;
• Effectively influencing the organization's formal and informal networks in establishing sustainability;
• Promoting organizational culture with a focus on cultivating exemplary managers for sustainable development;
• Investigating the impact of artificial intelligence and new technologies on collaborative culture and sustainability.

Social Area:

• The impact of cultural diversity on the dynamicity of sustainability;
• Understanding the culture of Iranian tribes in protecting the resources of sustainability;
• How sustainable development values align with indigenous Iranian culture;
• The role of the media in promoting the collaborative culture and raising awareness of the importance of sustainability;
• Predicting future trends and changes in the sustainable collaborative culture.

Simultaneously with this conference and as one of the programs of this scientific event, the 9th Management Social Responsibility Award will also be held.

In the call for the "Ninth National Conference on Organizational Culture", all professors, students, and researchers are welcomed to attend the conference and festival and submit their recent works to the conference secretariat in the following formats:

• Submitting papers
• Delivering superior experiences
• Presenting a short, 180-second video
• Poster presentation
• Caricature presentation

The deadline for submitting works is January 26, 2025, and those interested can send their works to the email address:iran.ima1398@gmail.com, mentioning the title of works in the Subject field. 

"The 9th National Conference on Organizational Culture" and "the 9th Management Social Responsibility Award" will be held on February 4 and 5, 2025, hosted by Khatam University in Tehran.
