According to report of the public relations and the website of Khatam University, undoubtedly, nowadays, the use of new technologies and paying attention to the principles of sustainability in art, architecture, and construction are among the most important principles affecting the sustainable development of the country. Experts should provide strategies that, in addition to improving the quality of life in various material and spiritual dimensions, also have a look at the future of the world. The world is constantly progressing and everything that emerges as technology seeks to answer the material and spiritual needs of the growing world population. One of the most important goals in all material and spiritual matters is to be able to have the highest efficiency in the shortest time and to consider quality, strength, beauty, and creativity in addition to high speed. For example, in the construction industry, many technologies have been invented to achieve this goal (in different phases of the life cycle of the construction project), which has led to the improvement and progress of this industry. By using these technologies, it is possible to build more beautiful, high-quality, diverse, and faster buildings. Studies have shown that three-quarters of the world's energy is consumed in cities, and accordingly, cities and their residents are responsible for creating the largest amount of pollution in the industrialized world. In the industrialized world, humans use all the available technologies for cooling, heating, and providing their livelihood, and among them, fossil fuels and non-renewable energies, which cause irreparable damage to future generations, are the most consumed by humans. In art, the existence of technology, from the formation of ideas to the execution and presentation of works of art, has played a significant role in improving the quality increasing the speed of work, and saving time and money.
