The national conference of digital transformation in the banking industry will be held by the Iranian Management Association.

According to the website of Khatam University, the national conference on digital transformation in the banking industry will be held with several goals such as presenting concepts based on new technologies in the banking industry, improving and accelerating digitization activities in banks and presenting the best models and experiences of bank digitization at the national level and international.

The key themes of the conference are: the conditions and stages of transition from traditional banking to digital banking in Iran in different dimensions, smart banking capabilities, digitization and improvement of customer experience in the banking industry, risk management caused by the digital transformation of banks, regulatory developments and challenges, the digital transformation of banks, the functions of artificial intelligence in the growth and development of banks, digital capabilities as a lever for financial inclusion, digital data capabilities and business intelligence models in the banking industry.
