The Ninth International Knowledge-based Management Conference, KM4D, focusing on knowledge-based antifragility, will be held by the Iran Management Association and Knowledge Management Associates GmbH (Austria), in cooperation with Khatam University.
According to the Public Relations and Website Office of Khatam University, the Ninth International Knowledge Management Conference (KM4D), focused on knowledge-based antifragility, will be held on October 14, 2026, by the Iran Management Association and Knowledge Management Associates GmbH (Austria), in cooperation with Khatam University. The Ninth International Knowledge Management Conference (KM4D) pursues the following objectives:
- Identifying the key factors that influence the capabilities of knowledge leaders through an antifragility-oriented approach;
- Developing a model for leadership and management of knowledge-based antifragility;
- Acquiring key knowledge and skills for addressing knowledge-related crises within organizations.
The main themes of the conference include:
- Reinventing organizations in an age of uncertainty;
- Differences and similarities between organizational resilience and antifragility;
- The reciprocal impact of knowledge-based management and antifragile leadership on organizational agility;
- Theoretical applications of Chaos Theory in knowledge-based organizations;
- Knowledge facilitation management in navigating critical conditions;
- Multifaceted Human Resource management under conditions of uncertainty;
- Open innovation and the future of organizational work knowledge;
- Knowledge for identifying emerging critical risks.
The paper submission deadline is October 7, 2026, and the registration deadline is October 10, 2026. The Ninth International Knowledge-Based Management Conference will be held on October 14, 2026, at Khatam University in Tehran.
