Special Financial Aids for Top Master’s Applicants of National Ranks below 100

 

Khatam University offers special facilities to admitted Master’s students with a National Rank below 100 in the following majors:

• Economic Sciences including “Theoretical Economics”, “Economic Development & Planning” and “Energy Economics”;

 

• Computer Engineering including “Data Sciences”;

 

• Finance and Risk Engineering including “Banking” and “Financial Engineering & Risk Management”.

 

These facilities include:

 

• Distinguished professors, graduated from top international universities;

 

• Tuition fee exemption (maintaining high educational standards required);

 

• Monthly study funds in exchange for full-time and efficient educational and research activity on campus;

 

• Priority for job opportunities in Pasargad Financial Group holdings, provided that the pertaining requirements are met;

 

• Covering the costs of participation in international conferences;

 

• Accommodation facilities for students not residing in Tehran.

 

Please note that the above-mentioned facilities will be available to qualified students exclusively during their standard years of study (up to 5 semesters) and in case of academic stagnation or failure to meet educational standards, the student will be subject to regular fees and conditions.

These facilities will be also available to a limited number of students with a national rank between 100 and 1000, which will be decided after a scientific interview prior to registration.

Important Notice: These facilities are designated for candidates of the mentioned ranks and other students admitted to these majors will be subject to standard fees and regulations as other students at Khatam University.

Khatam University offers the following facilities and finances to students with top national ranks in all majors:

 

• Top Ranks below 50: Full tuition fee exemption upon admission plus full University Council financial aid;

 

• Top Ranks between 50 & 100: Full tuition fee exemption upon admission plus half University Council financial aid;

 

• Top Ranks between 100 & 200: Full tuition fee exemption upon admission.

 

Qualified candidates will continue to receive the above-mentioned funds and facilities as long as they are among top three students in their class.
