Majid Ghasemi, the president of Khatam University, emphasized: “Organizational Culture in the field of leadership, especially in relation to the cultural leadership of companies and the creation of organizational wisdom, is not only necessary but also inevitable today.”

Majid Ghasemi, the president of Khatam University, on the sidelines of the 7th Organizational Culture Conference and in a conversation with the reporter of Khatam University’s website, said: “In this conference, the developments that have taken place in the field of management were reviewed from a cultural perspective in the country and the world. The management social responsibility award was discussed to investigate the necessary actions that have been taken by companies to achieve this goal, which were also honored by the Iranian Management Association and Khatam University, which are the organizers of this event.

“After several periods of holding this conference and the presence of the Administrative and Employment Organization of the country as an observer and faculty member in our meetings, this issue has been institutionalized in this organization this year and it has been communicated to all government agencies and companies that should be taking effective steps in the areas of Organizational Culture and social responsibility,” he added.

The CEO of Pasargad Bank continued: “Organizational Culture in the field of leadership, especially in relation to the cultural leadership of companies and creating organizational wisdom, is not only necessary but also inevitable today, and we can clearly see the impact of holding different rounds of this conference in this field.”
