MIDHCO Internship Program for Students of Khatam University

According to the Public Relations and Website Office of Khatam University, in line with strengthening cooperation between academia and industry, and with the aim of identifying, empowering, and developing talented human resources, Khatam University’s Research Affairs Management Office, in cooperation with the Middle East Mines and Mineral Industries Development Holding Company (MIDHCO), is holding the company’s first internship and work-placement program in 2026.

This program has been designed to provide qualified and interested students with an opportunity to become familiar with the professional environment of the industry, work alongside MIDHCO’s specialists and managers, participate in real activities and projects, and gain practical experience in specialized fields related to the company’s operations.

The program will be held at MIDHCO’s complexes, factories, and companies in the provinces of Tehran, Kerman, and Hamedan.

Given the specialized nature of the program and the limited admission capacity, final selection of applicants will be based on their academic background, résumé, capabilities, and degree of alignment with MIDHCO’s needs.

The required fields of study and specializations for this program are as follows:

• Computer Engineering: Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
• Industrial Engineering: Master’s level
• Electrical Engineering: Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
• Accounting: Bachelor’s and Master’s levels
• Business Management (Marketing specialization): Master’s level
• Public Administration (Human Resource Development specialization): Master’s level
• Industrial Management (Production and Operations specialization): Master’s level
• Financial Management (Financial Engineering and Risk Management specialization): Master’s level
• Law (Private Law specialization): Master’s level
• Economics (Economic Systems Planning specialization): Master’s level
• Economics (Economic Development and Planning specialization): Master’s level
• Economics (Energy Economics specialization): Master’s level

The registration deadline for this program is September, 3. Completion of this program does not constitute employment.
