Khatam University extends its heartfelt congratulations on Teacher’s Day to the esteemed faculty members, professors, academic colleagues, and all the dedicated individuals in the field of science and knowledge.
According to the Public Relations and website of Khatam University, after the victory of the Islamic Revolution and the martyrdom of Professor Morteza Motahari on May 1, 1979, by the Forqan group, this day was officially designated as Teacher’s Day in the country’s calendar.
Professor Motahari had taken fundamental steps in enlightening educated sectors, especially the cultural class of society. The profound works of this martyr in reviving authentic, unpretentious religious thought, in line with the needs of our transitioning society, have been highly impactful.
The key role of teachers as implementers of public education and initial role models for students is very significant, as teachers are the builders of the next generation.
Teaching is love, art, sacrifice, and creation. It is like a candle, melting and illuminating the way. A teacher is the great architect of honor, not a merchant lost in the marketplace of trade. A teacher is the vanguard of faith, love, manners, ethics, and politeness. In the eyes of students, a teacher embodies trust, punctuality, keeping promises, sincerity, warmth, and honesty.
Khatam University extends its heartfelt congratulations on Teacher’s Day to the esteemed faculty members, professors, academic colleagues, and all the dedicated individuals in the field of science and knowledge.
