The Department of Art and Architecture of Khatam University has been recruiting students for the Master's degree program in Project and Construction Management (which is one of the majors of the Department of Construction Arts and Architecture) since October 2016 through the Master's degree exam and has successfully held the above course by inviting the country's most prominent professors in this field, such as Dr. Amir Faraji. With the efforts of the university's esteemed president, Dr. Majid Ghasemi, as well as the university's vice president for research and education, Dr. Shariat, and the efforts of the professors of the Department of Art and Architecture, and in light of the valuable achievements of the department in recruiting prominent professors of the faculty and training capable graduates, in 1403, the Department of Art and Architecture was transformed into the Faculty of Art and Architecture by forming three departments, of which the Department of Construction Arts with the major of Project and Construction Management is one of its departments.

The annual intake of students in Project Management and Construction at the master's level is 20, and every year, capable students from this group are selected from all over the country to continue and complete their education. It should be noted that the top ranks of the national exam will enjoy special conditions for paying university tuition.

The Department of Construction Arts intends to expand its activities by attracting students in the fields of architecture and energy, architectural technologies, and architectural technology and presenting capable graduates to promote scientific development in society.
