Private Sector law

This field, which is one of the oldest areas in the field of law, is known as the main and umbrella term in examining the rules and regulations governing the legal relations of individuals. The purpose of this program is to raise the level of knowledge and analytical power of the graduates in the field of legal issues, especially civil rights and commercial law.

Private law is a branch of legal science that deals with the legal rules that govern the relationships of individuals with each other, including businesses, trades, family relationships and the obligations of individuals towards each other. The term private law is usually used for public law (the rules and principles governing the structure of the government and its organizations and the relations between them and the relations between the government and people). Based on this, one of the important divisions of legal knowledge is its division into two parts, private and public, which is accepted in the legal system of most countries, including Islamic countries, and is the focus of legal studies and education.

In this major, by raising the level of information, awareness, and legal insights of undergraduate law students in the fields related to private law, the necessary scientific background is provided for the specialized activities of the students of this field in professional jobs such as advocacy, judgment, and consulting. In addition, in this field, by teaching the research method and strengthening the power of inference and analysis of legal issues, the necessary scientific tools are also provided for those interested in pursuing this field of research and educational activities.
