The Preparation Course for Attending Managers' Evaluation and Development Centers at Khatam University

According to the website of Khatam University, Khatam University's Center for Specialized Training and Skill Development is organizing a preparation course for attending managers' evaluation and development centers. The center of evaluation and development is a recognition and evaluation method during which the competencies of employees are evaluated by a group of professional evaluators using various tools, and the results of these evaluations are used in selection and promotion decisions.

This training course is designed in a completely practical and operational way, and the participants of the course will master the concepts, key elements and operational requirements of evaluation and development centers by passing it. In addition, the participants get familiar with various exercises, evaluation of behaviors and the forms used in the evaluation process.

Goals:

Reducing the stress and ambiguity of the assessment and development center procedures and raising the success rate through raising awareness about the center processes.
