Reducing the stress and ambiguity of the assessment and development center procedures and raising the success rate, through raising awareness about the center processes.
This training course is designed in a completely practical and operational way, and the participants of the course will master the concepts, key elements and operational requirements of evaluation and development centers by passing it. In addition, the participants get familiar with various exercises, evaluation of behaviors and the forms used in the evaluation process.
