The "Budgeting System in Iran: Pathology and Improvement Strategies" Conference to Be Held

The "Budgeting System in Iran: Pathology and Improvement Strategies" conference will be held at Khatam University.

According to the website of Khatam University, the "Budgeting System in Iran: Pathology and Improvement Strategies" conference will be organized by the Council of Scientific Associations of Iran and hosted by Khatam University in Tehran.

The themes of this conference are as follows:

The first theme: the pathology of the budgeting system in Iran with regard to economic developments;

The second theme: examining the reasons for the stability of the budget deficit in the last four decades;

The third theme: the pathology of supervision, inspection and learning from developments in the budgeting system in the country;

The fourth theme: the factors affecting the promotion of the budgeting system in the country (the Resistance Economy and other general policies affecting the budgeting system, the role of people's participation in economy, etc.);

The fifth theme: recognizing and evaluating the ability to learn the budgeting system in the country with the aim of "improving the impact of the budget on national development";

The sixth theme: identifying and tracking the optimal path for reforming the budgeting system in the country, taking into account the impact of the budget on macroeconomic variables and "improving the system of governance in the country".
