Faculty of Engineering currently has three major schools:

1. Department of Computer Engineering offers three  master  degrees

   2. M.Sc of Computer system architecture

   3. M.Sc of Information technology

Prof. Mohammad Eshghi is the Head of Computer Engineering Department.

2. Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering offers two master degrees

   1. M.Sc of Power engineering,

   2. M.Sc of  Control engineering.

Dr. Mohammad Taghi Bathai is the Head of Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department.

3. Department of Industrial engineering offers four master degrees

   1. M.Sc of management of utilization system

   2. M.Sc of logistics and supply chain

   3. M.Sc of management of socio-economic systems (large systems)

   4. M.Sc of financial engineering (financial system)
